In any setting understanding context and market is imperative.  Through our research and consultancy services, we work with partners and clients to address challenges and identify opportunities, unlocking potential and utilising our shared expertise in the process.

Recent commissions have included the development of the Volunteering Knowledge Network with V, the development of a new alumni framework for the Diana Award, researching the potential of a new membership programme in the creativity sphere, work with the Bridge Group on strategy development in the Higher Education field and work with the British Olympic Foundation and the British Paralympic Association on the educational and youth engagement legacies of London 2012.

As well as undertaking specifically themed commissions of this type, we work generically with Senior Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams – in the third sector and in education – to improve their personal and organisational effectiveness, whether the objective is to improve their public speaking, negotiating or networking skills, to enhance their impact when meeting or corresponding with influential colleagues and clients, or to develop their strategic planning capabilities or public profile so as to maximise their organisation’s social impact.
